General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kx98 ("kx98", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kx98 website located at https://kx98.io, all associated subdomains, the kx98 mobile progressive web application, and any other products or services offered under the kx98 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a kx98 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the kx98 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the kx98 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and the Platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted, and users doing so act entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Eligibility

To register for and use the kx98 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kx98 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Users below the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.

kx98 reserves the right to decline registration, suspend an existing account, or refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised without providing a specific reason and is not subject to appeal where the refusal relates to eligibility concerns, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) kx98 account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering your kx98 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. kx98 bears no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the user.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and responsible gaming commitment, kx98 may request that you submit identity verification documents at any time. These may include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number)
• A selfie or liveness verification to confirm that the documents submitted belong to the account holder

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kx98 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kx98 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. kx98 reserves the right to alter these limits at any time. Current minimum deposit thresholds begin from ৳200 for MFS methods.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kx98 account balance within seconds of confirmation on your mobile financial services application. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be credited, subject to banking system processing times.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. kx98 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Bangladeshi law. kx98 does not deduct taxes from player winnings at source and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in Bangladesh. Bonuses & Promotions

kx98 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, free spins, and enhanced odds promotions. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made active.

The following general conditions apply to all kx98 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified kx98 accounts only. One promotional account per player, household, IP address, and device applies.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within this window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold (usually 1.50 or above) to count toward wagering.
• kx98 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• Promotional offers linked to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, or BPL season are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time based on operational requirements.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kx98 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. General betting rules are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by kx98's system and a confirmation reference number has been generated. Bets that have not received a confirmation number are not valid.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect price or market to be displayed, kx98 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price.
• kx98 reserves the right to set individual bet limits and to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Live in-play bets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series) are subject to ball-by-ball price changes. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the kx98 Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier and may be updated by kx98 at any time.

For casino games, slot games, and crash games, the Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are published on the individual game information pages. All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. kx98 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kx98 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage
• Using insider information about sporting events to place bets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the kx98 Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions to generate winnings or credits
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous account closure
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering or using the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying data structures of the kx98 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward kx98 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel

kx98 employs real-time monitoring, fraud detection algorithms, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, kx98 will take immediate action including, but not limited to, suspension of the account, forfeiture of all balances, reversal of affected transactions, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kx98 Platform, including but not limited to the kx98 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of kx98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kx98 content without prior written permission
• Use the kx98 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context
• Create derivative works based on any kx98 content or game design
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by kx98 under valid commercial licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, platform outages, or connectivity issues

The kx98 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kx98 targets a 99.6% uptime SLA, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for losses incurred during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Privacy & Data

kx98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kx98 uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Any bets or transactions placed before the effective date of a Terms amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time the bet or transaction was placed.

kx98 may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or aspect of the Platform at any time without liability to users, provided that any real-money balances held at the time of a service discontinuation will be made available for withdrawal.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kx98 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting the Bangladesh market and processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka.
